Mulugeta graduated from Addis Ababa University with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration and later earned an MBA, equipping him with the analytical and leadership skills needed to navigate a competitive banking landscape. His career includes a notable tenure at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), where he served as Vice President, gaining extensive experience in operations and credit management.
