Ethiopian Capital Market Service Provider Fees

A Capital Market Service Provider facilitates financial services like brokerage, investment advice, underwriting, and market-making for securities trading. They connect investors with investment opportunities, ensure fair transactions, and help manage risk in capital markets.

According to the Capital Market Proclamation No.1248/2021 of Ethiopian capital Market Authority, “Capital Market Service Provider” means any person engaged in regulated capital market activities and services.

Application Fee

Application fee is a one-time non-refundable fee paid by an applicant for either a license or registration of securities.
